Shipping Information

We aim to deliver your favourite beauty products quickly and reliably. All parcels are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked Delivery.

ALL United Kingdom Shipping Options

Standard Delivery – Tracked 48 – £2.50

  • Delivery in 2–3 working days

  • Orders placed before 11 AM (Mon–Sat) are dispatched the same day

Express Delivery – Tracked 24 – £4.99

  • Delivery in 1–2 working days, usually within 24 hours of dispatch

  • Orders placed before 11 AM (Mon–Sat) are dispatched the same day

Free Shipping

  • FREE Standard Delivery (Tracked 48) on orders over £20

  • FREE Express Delivery (Tracked 24) on orders over £40

  • Both services dispatch the same day if ordered before 11 AM (Mon–Sat)

Missed Deliveries

If your parcel is returned to us due to missed delivery or non-collection:

  • A refund will be issued once the parcel is received back in stock

  • Customers are responsible for tracking parcels using the link in their dispatch confirmation email

Damaged in Transit

  • Email support@skinbeyou.co.uk within 30 days of delivery with clear photos of the damage

  • We’ll arrange a replacement or refund promptly

  • Photo evidence is required for processing

Lost or Delayed Parcels

  • All UK parcels are sent with tracking

  • Check your tracking link first; courier delays may occur

  • If it has been more than 10 working days since dispatch, contact us with your order number and shipping address

Order Cut-off Times

  • Orders placed before 11 AM (Mon–Sat) are dispatched the same day

  • Orders placed after 11 AM, on Sundays, or on bank holidays are dispatched the next working day

  • Delivery times may be affected by UK public holidays

Delivery Instructions

  • You can leave instructions at checkout (e.g., “leave in porch”)

  • We cannot accept liability for parcels lost or delayed due to these instructions

  • All parcels are sent via Royal Mail Tracked Delivery for safety and reliability
