Our Guarantee

  • Eligible items can be returned within 30 days for a full refund or store credit, including all damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

  • Return shipping is free for all eligible returns.

  • This guarantee ensures that the products you receive are fully functional, authentic, and in perfect condition.


Warranty & Guarantee Coverage

  • Covers damaged, defective, or incorrect items

  • Products must be unopened, unused, and in original condition (unless damaged on arrival)

  • Not covered: accidental damage, misuse, opened or used items, perishable goods, custom/personalised items, or hazardous materials

Timeframe:

  • Claims must be made within 30 days of receipt for damaged or defective items to be eligible under the warranty.


How to Claim

To make a warranty or guarantee claim:

  2. Provide:

    • The product(s) in question

    • Description of the issue

    • Clear photos showing the defect or damage

    • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

  3. Do not return items before approval. Once approved, we will provide instructions for returning the product, a prepaid shipping label, and options for replacement or refund.

Processing Time:

  • Claims are typically processed within 10 working days.
