Tracking info may take 01 – 48 hours to update after shipment. If it’s longer, contact customer support.
My order says "delivered" but I haven't received it. What should I do?
Check your delivery area, such as safeplace or neighbors. If still missing, contact the carrier or our support team.
Can I change my shipping address after placing the order?
